If Hate Has Hurt You, You Are Not Alone
There is a reason this message matters.
Because hate is not just an idea.
It hurts people.
Cruel words hurt.
Cold attitudes hurt.
Racism hurts.
Bullying hurts.
Rejection hurts.
Being treated like you do not matter hurts.
And many people carry those wounds quietly.
They go through life smiling on the outside while carrying memories of things that were said, things that were done, and ways they were treated that should never have happened.
Maybe that is part of your story.
Maybe someone treated you with cruelty.
Maybe someone made you feel small.
Maybe someone judged you before they ever knew you.
Maybe someone’s hate changed the way you saw yourself, others, or even the world.
If so, I want you to know something:
Your story matters.
You do not have to share every detail.
You do not have to name names.
You do not have to relive anything you are not ready to talk about.
But if you want to share how hate, cruelty, or unkindness affected you — and why you want to see something better in this world — I invite you to share your story in the comments.
Not to spread more bitterness.
But to remind people why this matters.
Because when people hear how hate has wounded others, maybe they will begin to understand why love must be spread on purpose.
This world has enough cruelty.
It has enough people tearing others down.
It has enough pain being passed from one person to another.
But it does not have to stay that way.
If hate has hurt you, you are not alone.
And if you want to see a world with more kindness, more respect, more mercy, and more love, then maybe this is a place for you.
Maybe your story can help someone else feel less alone.
Maybe your story can remind someone to think before they speak.
Maybe your story can help someone choose love instead of hate.
That is how change begins.
One voice.
One story.
One choice.
One act of love at a time.
Because hate spreads.
But love can spread too.
Stand up in the fight against hate. Choose to spread the luv!
